Just a suggestion, the image appears t be Liverpool empire judging by the back ground and you may be looking at Monty Lister who went on to present a radio show on BBC radio merseyside for many many year... is he still alive? I don't know but that I would hazzard a guess is a young Monty Lister interviewing Lonnie - I have a faint memory that Monty played this once but I was around 13 years old and can't remember now! Perhaps a little call to BBC Merseyside would answer how you may get to hear this
