This photo was taken by Mark Goodwin, Lonnie's drummer at that time. It was taken in Scarborough during the summer season with Freddie (Parrott Face) Davies.

Yes credit where credit is due. This is a great shot taken by yourself of Lonnie, he looks quite a happy chappy in it.
I had a feeling that it might have been about the Freddie Davies time.

Yes 70's is correct. This was in Scarborough Summer Season with, Freddie 'Parrot face' Davies, Ayesha Brough and the Dallas Boys.
As many of you will know as well as been a keen drummer I was always a passionate photographer. Lonnie wanted some new 'Hand-outs' done, so i took a couple of rolls of colour film for him. He chose the finals and said he would get them printed , which he did. For quality purposes I always used Transparencies and in the case the printers obviously printed the slide from the wrong side, hence it appears that lonnie is playing left handed, which of course we all know he wasn't!
I still have the master slides.
And to help a struggling old photographer to make a buck, a credit would help enormously!!! (OK I won't hold my breath for the work to come flooding in).
